The motto of the street theatre company Plasticiens Volants, or Flying Visual Artists, is "Let's fill the sky with our dreams". Their shows feature inflatable flying sculptures, rather like articulated puppets, that fly through the air telling a story. Through its poetic shows, the company seeks to create a sense of wonder in its audiences. It has produced displays for the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Barcelona, Sochi and Rio de Janeiro, as well as in a number of festivals.
