Pia Vidal

Pia is a digital visual artist who graduated in motion design from the Gobelins School in Paris. She initially trained as an illustrator, working in 2D animation before moving into projection to give free rein to her talents. Based in Lyon, Pia now specialises in creating mapping for major cultural events and venues. Her art is inspired by three themes: the female body, dreams and divinity and our relationship with life and nature. The various disciplines of emerging art forms provide fertile ground, allowing her to mix and match different creative worlds giving rise to inspired dynamic installations. She works with the Villeurbanne Pôle Pixel incubator which specialises in audiovisual productions.
