Situated in the heart of Old Lyon, which is classified as a World Heritage Site, the Gadagne complex houses two major museums: the Musée d'histoire de Lyon (History Museum) and the Musée des marionnettes du monde (World Puppet Museum). Next to Fourvière Hill, Gadagne is a vast and intricate architectural complex, at the heart of an iconic building of Renaissance architecture. Listed as a historic monument, Gadagne is the largest Renaissance complex in the city.

This hexagonal light structure shaped like a drop of water evokes the importance of water and the need to preserve the resource. You can change its environment by playing with the lights, sounds and colours of the installation via a web application. These changes symbolise those that human actions have on the fate of our planet.
This interactive work was created to draw attention to the issue of global warming and the water cycle by showing metaphorically the impact every human action has on the environment.
