Services for festival-goers with a disability

The Festival of Lights is a public event where everyone is welcome Everyone should be able to enjoy the party, which means they must be able to access all areas. No limits, no barriers – visible or invisible – and no physical or mental obstacles.

Three reception points for people with disabilities

People with disabilities are welcomed on all four days of the festival at Place Bellecour by a team of disabled-friendly staff wearing green vests. During the Festival of Lights, there is also a reception point at the entrance to the Porte des Enfants du Rhône in Tête d'Or Park. This access to the park is reserved for people with disabilities. The final reception point is Place Pradel, next to the opera house and Lyon City Hall.
