How can we discover a new side to Camille Saint-Saëns' well-known music? At Studio 24, part of Pôle PIXEL, Étienne Guiol (BK International) has designed an immersive experience based on The Carnival of the Animals, a joyful, poetic piece composed in 1886. In this playful, virtuoso composition, Saint-Saëns subverts the musical conventions of his time to bring to life a sonic zoo that has captivated young and old for almost 140 years. Illustrations, music, moving images, 360° projections, and virtual reality combine to plunge the spectator into the heart of a world teeming with life. A bridge between musical heritage and modern technology, this installation is an invitation for the whole family to hear, see, and experience music in a different way.
