Illustrator, visual artist, and 3D video mapper, Hermes H:E Mangialardo explores light's potential to transform architecture into an immersive experience. His work, which combines animation, short films, and light installations, has been presented at numerous international festivals. His monumental projections have featured on buildings such as the Coliseum in Rome, the Royal Palace of Caserta, and Pécs cathedral in Hungary. He has won several awards, including the Berlin Festival of Lights and Spotlight in Bucharest, and develops artistic installations and pieces for museum displays. In 2025, his light installation OCULUCIS travelled all the way to Shanghai.
