Masts over five metres tall, aligned over 21 metres: welcome to the forest of light imagined by Philippe Morvan! Like trees stretching up toward the heavens, these masts form a spectacular matrix that pulses with varying intensity and speed. The effect is magnified by the unique setting: the fountains of the Place de la République, in which the artwork is reflected. Between sky and water, the shifting lights evoke birds taking flight through an imaginary canopy, or the delicate shimmer of dew on a blade of grass… A symbiosis of technology and nature, this installation is both intriguing and contemplative.
