An installation combining aerial and scuba-diving elements. Opposite the Town Hall of the 3rd arrondissement, a bench of fluorescent jellyfish waves its tentacles slowly. In a luminous atmosphere, these mysterious creates invite the public to hold their breath for an open-air aquatic journey.
