Have you heard of the Henri Malartre Automobile Museum? It is housed in Rochetaillée castle and boasts an exciting history as well as a stunning collection of vintage cars. Two unique totems, created especially for the Festival, have been erected in the magnificent grounds of the castle. They are light sculptures which change as you come closer. From a distance, they are abstract works of art with pure lines. On closer inspection, you can see that they are formed of upcycled car headlamps lit up with LEDs. The variety of models, the familiar shapes, the juxtaposition of front and rear lights as well as the spirit of nostalgia endear this artwork to us.
