Régie de Quartier 124 Services arose from a collective project carried out in 2004 by residents on the slopes of Croix-Rousse. It is supported by local communities and aims to improve living and working conditions in area neighborhoods. 124 Services works with and for residents to improve social life and the environment, ensure socioprofessional integration and training and encourage a supportive economy.
The Ecolumignons collective took part in the Festival of Lights in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
