With work spanning theatre, cinema, photography and dance, Panagiotis Tomaras explores perception, space and narrative through audiovisual performances, immersive environments and large-scale light installations. He embraces the fluid boundaries between art forms and the richness of different techniques. He receives commissions from international opera houses and festivals for video mapping, visual effects and animated graphic design, while his photographs feature in the permanent collection of the Museum of Photography in Thessaloniki. He has also curated festivals dedicated to digital art and new media. Panagiotis Tomaras lives and works in The Hague.
