Next to Place de l’Hôpital, in the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, Polychrome creates a fairytale path through the garden of the newly-renovated Cour du Cloître. Playing on the seasons, this reflective and chromatic installation is lulled by the discrete song of invisible birds. Plant and mineral worlds combine to create a peaceful, harmonious universe where green, red, amber and white beams of light emphatically portray the four seasons of the year. In this bucolic atmosphere, the saturated colours gracefully transcend the architecture and plant life of the site. Visitors are immersed in nature, right in the city centre.
