France 3 Trophy of Lights

In partnership with the City of Lyon, the France 3 Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes local TV channel will be awarding two trophies

The Trophy of Lights: vote for the most spectacular light installation in the “visitors’ favourite” category.
For the first time an award will be given to the most socially and environmentally-responsible artwork in the “sociallyconscious project” category.

On Wednesday 6 December 2023, visual artist Émilien Guesnard was awarded the "Committed Project" trophy for the Fête des Lumières for his work αsκlipιοn. It will be visible in the Grolée district throughout the festivities.
